Pastor Todd is a New Jersey native. He was born and raised in Bunnvale, NJ. He attended Valley Forge Christian College and began ministry in 1998. He served as a Children’s Pastor for 23 years in Freehold, NJ and was elected as Pastor of Whiting Assembly of God in December 2022. He met his wife Stephanie while doing ministry together at church. They were married in 2001 and have 2 children, Elizabeth and Daniel.

Pastor Todd is a fan of Sci-Fi books, movies, games, etc. He has a small collection of fountain pens that he enjoys writing with. He has also taken an interest in Biblical counseling and has sought to grow both personally and professionally by taking classes in the subject through CCEF.
